Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you register with email and password, an encrypted (hashed) password managed by our authentication provider. If you sign in with Google, we receive the information described in the section below.

Usage and preferences. Settings and selections you make in the app (such as the metals, currencies, date ranges, and views you choose) so we can present the analytics and intelligence you request.

Technical and log data. Information automatically generated when you use the app, such as your browser type, device information, approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction logs used for security and reliability.

Cookies and session data. Essential cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and maintain your session (see “Cookies and Session Technologies”).

Support correspondence. If you contact us by email, we retain your message and contact details so we can respond and keep a record of the request. AUAGPT does not collect payment or billing information and does not operate a newsletter or marketing mailing list.

AUAGPT offers Google Sign-In as a convenient way to authenticate. When you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares certain information with us so we can create and manage your account. Specifically, AUAGPT may receive your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier.

This information is used solely for authentication and account functionality — to create your account, sign you in, and personalize your experience. AUAGPT does not use your Google information for advertising, and AUAGPT does not sell personal information.

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the AUAGPT platform; authenticate you and secure your account; generate the AI-powered analytics, forecasts, and intelligence you request; remember your preferences; monitor performance, detect abuse, and protect the security and integrity of the service; comply with legal obligations; and communicate with you about your account or material changes to the service.

We send only transactional and service-related messages (such as authentication, account, and security notifications). We do not send marketing or promotional email.

AUAGPT uses third-party artificial intelligence services, including the OpenAI API, to generate market commentary, summaries, and intelligence. To produce these outputs, we send the relevant market data and analysis context (such as aggregated precious-metals statistics and the parameters of your request) to OpenAI for processing. The generated response is then returned to you within the app.

The prompts we send to OpenAI contain only aggregated precious-metals market and statistical data together with the parameters of your request (such as the metal, currency, and date range). They do not include your name, email address, account identifier, or other personal identifiers. OpenAI processes this data as our service provider solely to return the requested result.

Under OpenAI’s API data usage policy in effect at the time of processing, data submitted through the API is not used to train or improve OpenAI’s models.

AUAGPT uses Supabase for authentication and database services. Supabase securely stores your account record and related application data, manages your login credentials and sessions, and enforces access controls so that data is accessible only to authorized requests. Supabase acts as our service provider and processes this information on our behalf.

The AUAGPT application is hosted on Vercel. Vercel provides our hosting, content delivery, and network infrastructure, and processes technical request and log data as part of delivering the service. We also use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which collect aggregated, anonymized usage and performance metrics to help us understand and improve the service. These tools do not use cookies and do not track you across other websites.

AUAGPT uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies that are essential to the service — primarily to authenticate you and keep you signed in across pages. These session technologies are required for the app to function and cannot be disabled while you are signed in.

AUAGPT does not set advertising cookies and does not use cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics and performance tools are cookieless.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate AUAGPT, and only as needed to provide the service:

Supabase (authentication and database), OpenAI (AI processing), Vercel (hosting and performance), and Google (when you choose Google Sign-In). AUAGPT also uses third-party market data sources together with proprietary analytics and AI models to provide market information, forecasts, and insights. These market data sources do not process users’ personal information.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AUAGPT, our users, or others.

We retain account information while your account remains active. After an account is deleted, we may retain limited information as required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or maintain platform security. Authentication logs and security records may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit, hashed storage of passwords by our authentication provider, and access controls that limit access to authorized requests. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information under applicable privacy laws, such as the right to access, correct, export, or delete it. You can update basic account information within the app. To exercise these rights or to request deletion of your account and associated personal information, email us at info@jalogiclabs.com and we will process your request within a reasonable time, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

AUAGPT is intended for professional and adult users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@jalogiclabs.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify users through the AUAGPT application or by email. Your continued use of AUAGPT after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
