Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using AUAGPT, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AUAGPT provides AI-powered forecasting, live and historical pricing, London Fix analytics, and related precious-metals intelligence for metals such as gold, silver, and platinum. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

You must be capable of forming a binding contract to use AUAGPT. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Private Early Access program. AUAGPT is currently offered through a Private Early Access program. Access is by invitation and is granted at our sole discretion; submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and we may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue the program, its eligibility criteria, or its features at any time. The Early Access service is provided on a pre-release basis, may contain errors or change without notice, and is subject to the disclaimers and limitations in these Terms.

Early Access incentives. From time to time we may offer incentives to Early Access participants — for example, a complimentary AUAGPT Precious Metals Intelligence Report for qualifying applicants, or a period of complimentary AUAGPT Premium access (currently anticipated to be up to three months) for testers who actively use the product and provide substantive feedback. Any such incentive is offered at our sole discretion, may have additional conditions, is not transferable, has no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time before it is provided. Eligibility for a testing-based incentive depends on genuine, good-faith use and feedback as reasonably determined by us. Premium features, pricing, availability, and timing are not final and may change; nothing in this section is a guarantee of any product, plan, price, or reward.

You agree not to:

use the service in violation of any law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service; scrape, resell, or redistribute data or outputs except as expressly permitted; or misuse the AI features to generate unlawful or harmful content.

AUAGPT is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. The analytics, forecasts, AI-generated commentary, confidence and accuracy indicators, and other content are general in nature, are not personalized to you, and are not a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset.

AUAGPT does not assess your individual financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, time horizon, portfolio, or tax circumstances, and does not evaluate whether any asset or strategy is suitable for you. AUAGPT does not provide brokerage, dealer, investment-advisory, fiduciary, or suitability services.

Precious-metals markets are volatile, and past performance and model outputs do not guarantee future results. You should not rely solely on AUAGPT — including its analysis, forecasts, AI output, or confidence or accuracy indicators — when making any investment or trading decision, and independent verification does not eliminate market risk. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified financial, investment, legal, or tax professional regarding your specific circumstances. You use AUAGPT and rely on its content at your own risk.

AUAGPT uses third-party market data sources together with proprietary analytics and AI models to generate market intelligence, forecasts, and analytical content. While we strive to provide timely and accurate information, market data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or subject to revision. AUAGPT does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability of third-party market data.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, may be incomplete, and may misinterpret context or produce content that appears plausible but is incorrect. They should be independently verified. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data or AI output provided through the service.

Forecasts and predictions are inherently uncertain. Their direction, magnitude, timing, and likelihood may be wrong, and no forecast guarantees any future price or market outcome. Accuracy percentages, confidence indicators, data-quality scores, and similar metrics describe historical or model-measured characteristics only. A historical or backtested accuracy figure does not guarantee comparable future accuracy and is not a probability that any individual forecast will prove correct; confidence and data-quality indicators are analytical indicators and should not be interpreted as guarantees of outcome, probabilities of success, expected investment returns, or assurances of profit, and they do not eliminate market risk. Historical patterns and backtested or model results may differ materially from live or future conditions.

The AUAGPT platform, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding third-party market data), is owned by JA Logic Labs LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

AUAGPT relies on third-party services, including Supabase, OpenAI, Vercel, Google Sign-In, and third-party market data sources. Your use of features that depend on these providers may also be subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

You may stop using AUAGPT at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JA Logic Labs LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) AUAGPT, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JA Logic Labs LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify users through the AUAGPT application or by email. If an update requires renewed acceptance, you will be asked to review and affirmatively accept the updated Terms before continuing to use protected features of AUAGPT. Your continued use of the service following any update for which renewed acceptance is not required constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any applicable arbitration or dispute-resolution terms, you and AUAGPT agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
